Th 10/14 Monthly meeting: NO SHOW

Another homeowner and I showed up earlier tonight, Th 10/14 at 7pm to attend the monthly meeting. We waited until 7.30pm, but no Board/Committee members showed up. The facility was locked. There was nothing on the Website about a canceled meeting. There was no posting on the clubhouse door.
Where is the accountability? I've been trying to engage Real Manage to discuss some billing items for 2 months now, but they have not been willing to cooperate in a reasonable manner. I try to attend tonight's Meeting to bring up the issue, but no one shows up.
Any explanation? Any accountability? Who can I talk to? Don't tell me to show up at the Real Manage office. Maybe we should be looking for a new Property Management company that can do a better job. When is the next "real" HOA meeting?
